Rachel Burnham
Rachel Burnham is the Learning and Development Coordinator for the Bowen Center, managing planning and logistics for all educational programs. Her responsibilities include registration and applications, online and hybrid classroom technology, in-person program events, scheduling, program participant communication, continuing education credits, marketing, administrative support for program heads and faculty, and other organizational duties.
Rachel enjoys being part of an organization where teamwork, communication, and innovation are highly valued. She brings six plus years of experience in course management, event planning, and administrative support to her half-time position at the Bowen Center. She is also the executive assistant to an established leadership coaching firm in Rochester, NY where she manages in-person, hybrid, and online training events and learning programs.
Rachel resides in a quaint, mountainside community near Letchworth State Park, NY with her husband, 2 children, and their beloved Bernedoodle, Oscar. Together, they enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and family time with nearby relatives.
