Madeline Cox, LMSW

Madeline Cox, LMSW, is a psychotherapist in Connecticut specializing in family systems. Maddie earned her Master’s in Social Work from The Catholic University of America where she was first introduced to Bowen Family Systems Theory. Madeline currently works in private practice with individuals, parents and families. Prior to private practice, she worked in outpatient mental health care, acute psychiatric care, and the therapeutic school setting.

 

Madeline has participated in the Bowen Center's Continuing Studies program, Clinical Study Seminar as well as the Clinical Conferences and she is currently an intern at the Bowen Center. Her work with clients is focused on increasing the ability to manage self in all relational contexts and to think more clearly about ones role in a family system.
